The entire time I felt like I was on a wild ride of a Reddit post revealing each bit of the character's life as it unfolded. Although I am pretty sure this is more of a journaling piece to both vent your frustrations and examine the emotions filling you up.

I hope this game was cathartic and aloud closure on these feelings. I appreciate the addition of gameplay at the end, but don't be afraid to make a game that is pure dialog. You can stand behind a visual novel as your game.

If this was also a way to learn the engine then I hope you are able to enjoy the process of the next game. I will eagerly await it's arrival!

You're exactly right, I just needed to vent a little.

Very true! And I probably wouldn't have added any gameplay if the story was even remotely Christmas-y.

Thanks for the kind and thoughtful comment, Phoenix! I look forward to seeing what you come up with next, too! 😊

Sometimes it feels good to put words to what we feel—it lifts a weight off our shoulders, and I hope creating this little game brought you some relief! We all go through difficult times, and I sincerely hope you'll manage to get through this and find something else to focus on. I don’t really know you but from the conversations we’ve had (and the different games of yours that I’ve played), you seem like an exceptional, kind and creative person.

I’m not really a fan of celebrating the New Year… but I wish you an excellent 2025, and may the doubts that are troubling you today turn into strength tomorrow.

Thank you very much, Poulet. Very well said.

I appreciate all your well wishes, and I'm glad you think so highly of me (even though I definitely do have many flaws).

Happy new year to you too, my friend. Thank you for this lovely comment, and for all your enthusiasm and encouragement.

I feel very blessed to have your support, and I hope we continue to connect like this throughout 2025 and beyond!
